Willkommen is a mixed-use, mixed-income project consisting of 16 historic rehabs and four new infill buildings scattered throughout four different project sites in OTR. Part of a larger affordable housing strategy between Model Group and 3CDC. The buildings feature a mixture of studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and three-bedrooms and the entire project will house 163 units – 56 apartments available to people making 50-60% of the Area Median Income (AMI), 13 apartments available to people making 80% AMI and 94 market-rate units. In addition to the residential component, the project contains nearly 20,000 square feet of first-floor commercial space.

We are accepting in person and digital (PDF) applications for studio through 3-bedroom apartments on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10am to 3pm. Applications submitted outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
DIGITAL APPLICATION SUBMISSIONS:
Applications will ONLY be accepted between the hours listed above and can be sent to email@example.com. Valid picture ID and Birth Certificate are required with application submission (Social Security card required prior to move in.) We will be sending PDF versions of the application out at 10am on June 2nd for your convenience.
IN PERSON APPLICATION SUBMISSIONS:
Applications will ONLY be accepted between the hours listed above at 1826 Race St in Cincinnati, OH. Valid picture ID and Birth Certificate are required with application submission (Social Security card required prior to move in.) We are allowing a maximum of 4 guests inside the office at a time. Those who have already been vaccinated will no longer need to wear masks inside of the Model Properties offices. Those who have not been vaccinated should still wear a mask and socially distance while inside of the office.
The first building (located at 1600 Race St.) will be available for move in starting in July.
