Paramount Square & Trevarren Flats

Paramount Square is a LEED Certified $22.6 million revitalization within the Peebles Corner Historic District in Walnut Hills and part of a broader $40 million development plan for the district. The Model Group partnered with the Walnut Hills Redevelopment Foundation (WHRF) to preserve and revitalize eight historic buildings at the primary intersection of the neighborhood business district. This mixed-use project features 51 apartments and 56,000 square feet of commercial space. Paramount Square is home to the first minority-owned brewery in the history of Cincinnati.

Trevarren Flats is a transformational development in the heart of Walnut Hills. The $10 million dollar LEED certified mixed use development consists of three buildings that have been meticulously restored to their former glory making up 30 market rate apartments and five first floor commercial spaces totaling more than 6,000SF of commercial storefront. The apartments are a mix of 6 studios and 24 two bedroom apartments with dedicated parking spaces on-site. Each apartment features all brand new finishes and fixtures, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, washer/dryer hookups, and of course the preserved historic charm which makes each unit unique. Trevarren Flats is the first of two developments by Model Group planned for E McMillan corridor of Walnut Hills.
